To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺網上睇到人介紹呢間酒店嘅自助餐係好抵食，好強調有花膠同蟹食，9月19號約朋友一起去食，我諗吓JW嘅名都好有名氣，相信啲食物會有水準，都唔會差得去邊，是日自助午餐我比較係欣賞啲蝦，真係好新鮮好鮮甜，蟹同其他嘅食品都係一般，要靠師傅（味精），因為我返到屋企要飲好多水，同埋要食一個橙先可以解味精，我朋友跟我一樣回到家要飲好多水，同其他嘅自助餐嘅味道差唔多囉，我未食過煙燻三文魚有渣，花膠無可否認又大件又厚肉，但味道一般冇驚喜同家常小菜冇乜分別。
