近近地去大角咀覓食,呢間OUC……酒吧餐廳嘅食物好有驚喜。餐廳一邊係酒牆,好有特色,有別於其他酒吧餐廳,餐廳座位不多,環境比較溫馨,可以靜靜傾計,毫不焗促!帶子三文魚子黑松露忌廉汁扁意粉($138)意粉非常creamy,面頭放咗大粒厚肉嘅帶子,伴上晶瑩剔透嘅三文魚子,更添鹹香。意粉亦煮得啱啱好,唔會太淋,好惹味!店員推介串燒,點咗2款試下:燒雞皮($48/2串)雞皮簡單用鹽燒,火候控制得唔錯,唔會太乾,雞皮食落好有彈性又脆口!燒冬菇($38/2串)冬菇好juicy,調味唔錯。燒牛骨髓($128)牛骨髓燒過後,脂香十足,配蒜蓉多士一齊食唔單止冇咁膩,軟滑嘅油脂同香脆嘅多士都好有口感!好鍾意呢度嘅擺盤,好用心好靚!店員都好友善,值得推薦嘅一間小店!
