第一次去食酒店中菜,非常有驚喜!食物精緻又好食,服務又好!佢地一開始就會有6款醬料比你用,仲會有碟小前菜原隻鮑魚海鮮泥芋盒,呢個有驚喜!好好食,入面有好滑既芋泥,好多蟹肉同一啲海鮮,外面內軟,鮮味十足🤤🤤黑松露鍋貼大蝦,一開始以為係鍋貼點知原來係蝦多士,多士炸得好脆,但略嫌有點油膩香燒軟骨鴿,上碟不是太熱,但仍然好脆,亦有少量軟骨,好食,但可以不試叉燒好好食,半肥瘦,好淋!餸飯一流,但做吾到脆邊有點可惜⋯⋯焗釀蟹蓋,炸到非常之脆,蟹蓋亦相當大,內餡好足料!超多蟹肉,仲有少少洋蔥增加口感同香味,值得推介!👍🏻瑤柱花膠絲炒桂花翅,超級好食!好香!每一啖都食到瑤柱嘅香味,仲夾住蛋花同花膠,好出色!唯一嘅缺點係花膠無味鮑汁海鮮布袋豆腐,又係一款出色嘅菜式,佢係用響鈴包住新鮮嘅帶子,魚柳,蝦,一咬落去響鈴仲脆脆地,帶子非常鮮甜,配上鮑汁,好夾好好食,帶出鮮味用餐完畢後,仲送上甜品架同埋羅漢果茶,相當滿足
