胡同係台灣出哂名,食親都要排好耐。今次終於可以試下香港既胡同,等位唔太耐,最岩唔鐘意等位既我。門口設置locker比客人放袋同衫,夠哂細心。呢到既設計充滿中華風,係裝修上面好有心思,坐得十分舒服每碟肉品上面都已經預先做好調味,調味品方面唔係太多,有蒜蓉、蔥花同檸檬汁。用檸檬汁點肉可以將其油膩中和,可以食多幾碟唔講唔知,呢到既店員會幫手燒食物,唔會燒肉太熟或者未熟,保證食物食既時候最好質素。而且網燒一次就會換,確保食物味道就唔會撈埋,十分細心。萵苣,應該姐係香港既椰菜,加埋特製醬汁連埋燒好既肉食,十分清新第一碟食既係呢碟鹽蔥牛舌,好濃牛味,唔會韌霜降松阪豬同扇子肉,松阪豬一睇就知油花十足,燒一燒好快食得扇子肉係牛既菲力下方與後腹肉旁一般稱牛腩的部位,肉味濃呢個手羽先,店員燒到雞皮脆,內裡JUICY,好鬼正烤肉醬牛五花,呢個不得了,秘製醬汁加埋牛五花,咬入口鮮嫰多汁,調味又不會搶去牛本身既味道,ENCORE叫多左一碟雞軟骨,不時食既雞軟骨係一粒粒連埋雞脂肪,呢個呢係一片片淨軟骨,燒完好爽口,因為冇附帶肥膏,所以食好多舊都唔覺油膩燒牛肋條,呢個肉比較多,有嚼頭,又唔會太韌最後緊係食甜品啦,呢

最後緊係食甜品啦,呢個奶油起士地瓜我之前係台灣既燒肉店都食過,係將蕃薯同芝士一起燒,再將佢地打成蓉,食落軟線線QQ的一定要試
