To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店最初開業時,是我喜歡的店,味道不錯,份量也足夠,後來越來越少光顧,因為食物越來越油膩,味道不及從前,份量也變小。這晚久別重臨,發現比之前進步了。點了水門雞飯,附雞油香飯和雞湯浸蘿蔔,我不要雞油香飯,轉了白米飯。先說說這水門雞,雞肉有彈性,有雞味,沾上附上的醬汁更好吃,份量也不少,讚!米飯就不夠香軟,蘿蔔浸得很軟,但湯中加了香葉,香葉味道太濃。另外點了一個豬頸肉炒通菜(忘了拍照),附白米飯和飲品,飲品我點了冰咖啡。這菜不油膩,而且炒得很香,味道很好,份量也足夠。豬頸肉柔軟,通菜爽脆,是很好的配搭。至於冰咖啡,咖啡味香濃,也不錯。這晚覺得此店食物水準比之前好了,會再光顧。
