To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我只係可以講....不知所謂其實以前食過好幾次,覺得佢d食物幾好先會再去,但係佢地d員工態度極差,像極新移民,要咩無咩,重覆又重覆,又漏單又等得耐,真係一肚氣,叫碗羅宋湯都是但比你,竟然無料淨湯仲要成隻碗底都係湯,仲要個湯到佐竟然無匙羹,叫佐幾次最尾要自己去取,你話驚唔驚??不過以我發覺呢d呀姐通常次次都唔同人,唔係要你專業酒店級服務,基本野都做唔倒,真係好失望!上幾星期六點幾又去比多次機會佢,去到已經full晒,只怪自己無book位,ok,我專登一家大細係沙田入粉嶺,老板娘話我要等第二張台,仲叫我留低電話有位通知我,咁唯有係附近遊簜,等佐成個鐘唔對路,返到佢個老板娘竟然唔記得我地,仲要比位人地,態度惡劣,好似唔關佢事咁,唔怪得佢d員工都係咁啦!!所以我決定以後都唔會再要自己受氣!!擺食大蕃薯!!
