今晚同老婆去了銅鑼灣睇戲,因為未夠鐘,所以去了附近先晚飯。蜂蜜柚子脆蝦球:炸蝦球外層薄薄的粉漿炸至金黃香脆,表面淋上柚子蜂蜜汁,酸酸甜甜,加上新鮮爽口的蝦球,味道不錯。自製菌王醬蒸鮮腐竹:第一次食這樣煮法的腐竹,腐竹的豆香加上雜菌的清香味道,兩者都幾夾。石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯:石鍋熱辣辣上枱,裏面有原粒鮑魚仔及雞肉,配料豐富,炒飯爽口,還帶點飯焦。雪茄鮮蝦春卷:外型十足十雪茄,再加上上枱時的乾冰煙霧迷離的效果,春卷香脆,裏面有粒粒蝦肉,味道普普通通,勝在外型獨特。
