To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天在希雲街找晚餐著落期間看到這間小店，見餐牌有自選Poke Bowl便立刻進內店內採用自行點餐付款形式，食物製作及下單均由兩位年輕的店員負責，好奇一問才知這間店主打夏威夷菜，難怪四周都是夏威夷風情的裝飾呢Poke Bowl有多種配料予自由配搭，主食甚至可以選一半醋飯一半沙律，自由度十分高呢。有選擇困難症的人也可以選擇店內數款預先配好的款式，保證是最合適的配搭我和友人分別自由配搭了兩個Poke Bowl賣相十分精美呢而且不要看小小一碗，拌勻所有配料及飯吃完已經飽得很！
