To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日做完家務後,同家人一齊出去大橋街市附近食午餐+下午茶,順便買埋餸及家庭用品返去。決定試下幫襯1樓冰室,入到去見到每枱都有客,原來仲有最後一張圓枱於入面。家人揀咗蟲草雞米線,飲品另叫凍朱古力雞肉的份量都算多,米線就有啲過淋,個湯都OK。凍朱古力濃度適中。我揀咗豬扒蕃茄湯通粉,飲品另叫凍檸茶走甜豬扒口感OK, 而且都幾大塊,蕃茄湯雖然夠濃,不過蕃茄蓉並唔多。凍檸茶夠味,不過阿姐忘記咗走甜。整體食物及飲品的質素OK,雖然阿姐忘記咗走甜,不過觀察所見2位阿姐的招呼其實幾好!另外,呢度部分的餐牌食物並無包飲品,好似今日我地分別要加$13及$9。

家人揀咗蟲草雞米線,飲品另叫凍朱古力
雞肉的份量都算多,米線就有啲過淋,個湯都OK。凍朱古力濃度適中。

我揀咗豬扒蕃茄湯通粉,飲品另叫凍檸茶走甜
豬扒口感OK, 而且都幾大塊,蕃茄湯雖然夠濃,不過蕃茄蓉並唔多。凍檸茶夠味,不過阿姐忘記咗走甜。

整體食物及飲品的質素OK,雖然阿姐忘記咗走甜,不過觀察所見2位阿姐的招呼其實幾好!

另外,呢度部分的餐牌食物並無包飲品,好似今日我地分別要加$13及$9。
