To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我從來無係openrice寫過負評，即使正評亦只有一次。今日下午路過，第一次於Cafe Henessy買lunch,點了鹽燒牛內撈檬，但餐廳未滿坐，外賣亦只有幾個人既情況下，竟然等了接近25分鐘，而期間亦吹速職員3次。本來$48咁平我唔抱太大期望，但等25分鐘，以為個燒牛肉定必慢功細貨。賣相大家自評，但食後感係，牛肉極粗極韌，酸汁只有醋味，從未食過咁難食燒牛肉同檬粉。希望老板厨師自己先試係咪過到基本標準先供給客人食。
