To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海鮮新鲜份量夠一般人,其他六款自選配料尚算可以,但居然無花膠(自選清單項目)無嘅原因未發好(入坐時差不多晚上七点),改選雞件,居然無,原因冇貨,改蟹柳又冇貨,最尾侍應重覆又重覆問你想要乜配料整煲粥,侍應(四眼年青人)整粥時拿走D唔開口嘅死蜆(约六至七隻)又拿走煲緊嘅粟米件,全部放在我的圓碟上,但圓碟上尚有我食緊之食物及一些魚骨殘渣,我問D粟米件High到D殘渣喎,掂完再放回粥內,其他人咪食我口水尾?四眼年青人居然驳我話隻碟是预計比客人放煮熟煮好的食的食物,我話你公司預計,客人不一定要跟,你放D仍要食的食物去碟時,要唔要睇下隻碟是否乾乾淨净净或是有殘渣骨頭嗎?無言,作為一個服務行業人員,第一句不是唔好意思,而係將責任推番比客人,可能店員只是時薪兼職吧,不過因此而使店舖失了不少分數。而店中年長的經理則服務態度很好

四眼年青人居然驳我話隻碟是预計比客人放煮熟煮好的食的食物,我話你公司預計,客人不一定要跟,你放D仍要食的食物去碟時,要唔要睇下隻碟是否乾乾淨净净或是有殘渣骨頭嗎?
無言,作為一個服務行業人員,第一句不是唔好意思,而係將責任推番比客人,可能店員只是時薪兼職吧,不過因此而使店舖失了不少分數。而店中年長的經理則服務態度很好
