天氣開始凍,食羊腩煲就岩哂。今次去到九龍城食呢間「大城小廚」聽聞大廚係由酒店出身,相信出品會有一定保證 ~細古法羊腩煲($218)雖然係細煲,但其實份量都唔少,羊肉炆得夠淋夠入味,配料有冬菇、馬蹄、同枝竹樣樣都好索湯,仲會有個gas爐邊滾邊食,食完個人即刻暖哂。而且跟機仲送碟生菜,即刻健康左~沙窩雲吞雞煲($138)諗住佢細細煲,點知黎到一大鍋,雞同雲吞份量都好多,睇落好清但其實湯頭好夠味,入口甘甜。雲吞入面有好多蝦,絕對冇偷工減料。雞肉都夠嫩,連墊底既紹菜都好清甜。138蚊算好抵食籠仔荷香蒜蓉蒜蝦+炒飯底($168)同上面2款菜一樣都係大大份,淨係蝦都一堆係面,而且入口好香蒜蓉味,而炒飯都炒得好乾身,粒粒分明,食多碗都唔會覺得膩。

諗住佢細細煲,點知黎到一大鍋,雞同雲吞份量都好多,睇落好清但其實湯頭好夠味,入口甘甜。雲吞入面有好多蝦,絕對冇偷工減料。雞肉都夠嫩,連墊底既紹菜都好清甜。138蚊算好抵食

籠仔荷香蒜蓉蒜蝦+炒飯底($168)

同上面2款菜一樣都係大大份,淨係蝦都一堆係面,而且入口好香蒜蓉味,而炒飯都炒得好乾身,粒粒分明,食多碗都唔會覺得膩。
