To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物大多數已凍哂,甜品不好食,奶茶沒茶味,海鮮有腥味,就連熱盆嘅蟹鉗都有腥味又凍, 好難食, 啲羊架仲慘又蘇又肥又凍,竟然係烚熟就算完全難食到未試過. 廚師剛做出嚟refill嘅餸菜都係凍嘅. 應該喺廚房放咗喺度好耐 ,酒店怎可以做出咁嘅嘢食物出嚟,真係好令我失望.
