常言道食粥食飯都係睇自己。的而且確係。成日食親韓國野,唔係炸雞就係燒肉,今次就自己選擇食個韓國粥。第一次體驗呢一種熟悉但從未試過嘅食物。 🍖 我地揀嘅係鮮蝦粥。對比於香港人比較熟悉廣東粥,韓國粥唔係果種好綿既粥底,但係又唔喺潮州粥果種水同米粒分開。佢係比較糊狀,冇咩粥水,味道入哂米粒,所以粥同埋蝦肉一齊食,真係啖啖鮮味。而且雖然喺糊狀,但食到最後都唔會杰埋一pat,令我第一次既韓國粥體驗10分愉快。 🍖我地又叫左殼肉烏冬。蜆肉鮮甜,令到個湯底都出左濃濃嘅海鮮味道。而且嗰presentation都非常吸睛,用筷子捲起其中部份嘅烏冬,令到成個擺盤非常立體。 🍖我地仲叫左韓式泡菜蒸餃同埋牛肉煎餃。蒸餃既包法好似一個個金元寶,煎餃就擺到好似一朶花咁。我個人就鍾意蒸餃多d,外皮煙煙勒勒,入邊既泡菜味,唔會太辣,但慢慢滲出來,好過癮。煎餃唔會好多油,夠曬脆口,送粥一流。 ✨️呢度對於追求韓國食物,但又唔想大魚大肉既人,第一個相當好嘅選擇。
