 呢個黎到既時候, 只有龍蝦肉同 foam. 但之後會有staff係好靚既壺倒出龍蝦湯. 湯, 泡泡, 龍蝦肉加crispy crostini既小點綴, 成個賣相變得好elegant. 個湯好香好濃. 問一問staff, 原來個湯係用咗36個鐘去準備. 而且係無加corn starch, 所以個湯好滑, 無flour lumps係入面.

 好欣賞d scallops煎得一都吾乾身, 而且上面個層既seaweed breadcrumbs令到口感更特別. Tagliatelle亦都好彈牙. Crispy kale更係呢個dish既一大驚喜, 脆脆地, 而且口感清新.

 呢個賣相好浪漫. Chocolate mousse好滑,而且有淡淡既earl grey味,好易入口. 右邊紅色粉紅色既係吾同既莓 (raspberries, blueberries, red currants and gooseberries). 如果淨食莓會好酸,但同chocolate mousse一齊食岩岩好,吾會太漏.
一餐好有詩意既dinner.期待佢下一次既新主題.
