To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 大閘蟹餐無蟹!!!

食物相繼到達,大家開開心心吹水食嘢!

我哋落單本來叫女店員Sarina(佢應該負責我哋嗰區,佢好似唔係好熟,就叫咗另一個中年女店員出手落單,中間因爲蟹餐涼盤份量問題(5個餐嘅涼盤放晒一齊,都唔知一份定5份)問Sarina,佢都要問其他人!對餐廳食物都唔熟悉!

食頭盤醉雞時,同事發現醬汁浸住隻蟲!即係同部長反映(佢剛好在桌旁)佢即刻收走碟雞,仲問我哋想轉邊款小食,我哋叫佢推介佢又講唔出,又無餐牌,最後我哋講換鎮江排骨!佢就換!好無主見!

我哋食物都7788,主角大閘蟹2045都未到,就問下店員,唔問尤至可,一問之下,當然Sarina又問人,一個高級人仕男部長苦埋口臉走埋來!講一個壞消息⋯⋯店員唔記得攞蟹入廚房蒸,而且而家餐廳只剩4隻蟹!!!

聽完真係好好好火滾!叫5個蟹餐,最後只有4隻蟹!因為店員漏單,催單時已晚,全店只剩4隻大閘蟹!😡😡😡服務超級混亂!最後部長話取消我哋一個蟹餐(如果發現時只剩一隻或一隻都無,咁佢點算呢?)其實個餐已經食晒其他食物8成!佢咁樣仲可以點啫!唯有接受!繼續等佢蒸嗰4隻蟹!(所以套餐其他食物好似蝦咁係5份,只有蟹係4隻)

點知等待期間,Sarina又走來講,話落單嗰個同事係剛由第二間分店調來,唔熟手(我係食客,點解要承受你哋員工唔熟手嘅後果呢?難道我聽完呢個解釋就會好包容你哋餐廳呢混亂場面?)另一個女店員Amy走埋來,話因爲對無蟹嘅歉意,部長話送糖水比我哋,但係⋯⋯我哋仲等緊蟹喎!難道佢想我哋未食蟹先食糖水下火先?同Amy講我哋都要食埋蟹先講糖水喇,佢面懵懵走開(真係滴汗)

最後主角終於到,同事check單發現仲有個蟹粉小籠包未見,問Sarina佢當然要去問,Amy就答係同蟹一齊先上小籠包,小籠包來緊,結果係等多十幾分鐘先到(好明顯係我哋提醒佢,先去蒸喇,可能我已經唔再相信佢哋)

最攪笑叫Sarina女店員影相,居然可以6個人只影5個人(仲要係我比部手機佢,佢居然唔影我入鏡!我真係唔明白)

混亂到令人好忟!食餐飯點解要我哋勞心勞力仲要肝火旺盛呢?

呢餐飯好盡「慶」😡😡😡

服務完全負分!我哋又講返食物!

咸菜($36/2碟)無問就會自動出現嘅小菜,味道好好,甜咸菜爽脆,青瓜爽脆!雲耳爽口,連皮花生香口,醬汁酸甜同帶啲麻辣!整體好味!

北京茉莉茶燻素鵝:5份嘅份量!麵筋淋身!醬汁唔覺有茶香!鹹香煙韌好味!

七里莊酒糟醉雞:5份嘅份量,醉雞汁唔太鹹,又浸得入味,醉雞汁滲透入晒雞身,雞肉唔算嫩滑!正常口感!可惜發現醬汁有蟲!最後換了鎮江排骨!

蟹粉豆腐:5份嘅份量,豆腐都幾滑!蟹粉醬味濃!不過蟹粉唔夠香!食落幾膩!

梅龍鎮乾燒大明蝦(1隻)賣相靚,橙橙紅紅!醬汁酸酸甜甜,杰杰地剛好包裹住蝦!蝦殻剪開咗背部,所以好易剝開!蝦肉肥大!爽口好味!

清蒸大閘蟹:主角遲來兼唔齊,雖然唔大隻,膏都幾多,我分到蟹蓋同蟹拑!膏之外肉都幾滑!有比齊工具同膠手套!可惜敗興而返!
