To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一到公眾假期，都會想食TEA~詢問之下得知呢間可以由1PM食到6PM，係比平時的貴D，不過都係抵嘅~呢度同朋友講野真係好岩，台同台之間唔會好近，坐得又舒服~講下野食先~沙律都係果D野，就唔多著墨啦~薯仔沙律就麻麻，酸酸地的~唔係我杯茶~仲有泡菜同自制"葉" carrot~無興趣試~小食有:照燒魷魚，長長的果條，味道唔錯，d燒汁甜甜地燒賣，酒樓的好食好多PANINI : 普通墨西哥燒餅: 味道要睇點咩SAUCEchicken wing : 一食就知雪野，味道好，食左4隻(無相)粥 : 好棉，好味道，不過朋友話d三文魚味有d腥仲有碗仔翅，幾款panini，5-6款芝士，不過無食~最後係我同朋友最concern嘅甜品啦~cookies : 個人覺得有咬口，不過唔夠mrs.F 果D好食~芒果moose好食~唔會太甜，酸酸甜甜，加埋d 脆脆topping就好好食~不過雙重朱古力moose就唔太得，d moose好水...有兩片朱古力上面有提子的，帶有小小酒香，黑朱古力加上提子的甜味及酒香，幾特別，不過唔係我杯茶...apple cumble : 好味，好鐘食個餅底，加埋hd雪糕，係encore甜

 佢d macaroon中間係拖肥，對鐘意甜品我我都覺得好漏，放棄
天使蛋白蛋糕食第一兩啖就覺得好正，第三啖就覺得同macaroon一樣，食唔到了~
香草蛋糕中間有一層厚厚的berry，都係酸甜的，唔知咩黎，不過都幾好味~

總體黎講，係食得過的~
