Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食開辣嘅朋友都知，辣真係會上癮🤣今次就同媽咪去傷心酸辣粉食，一齊止吓辣癮～旺角店我都食過好多次，卡位都坐得相當舒服😌我哋叫咗兩個set，第一個試咗佢哋嘅新品酥香脆豬腩餐 ($68)😋起初都擔心會比較油，但好有驚喜地唔會好油膩，而且係鬆化嗰種脆☺️好好食～呢個餐都配咗傷心酸辣粉，一如而往薯粉煙韌，湯底都好濃郁，真係食到鼻水眼水都出哂🤣仲好正地配咗我至愛冷泡白桃烏龍茶😋解辣解膩一流～另一個餐叫咗皇牌口水雞套餐 ($75)😌啲雞係加大份量，好多舊，啲汁偏向麻辣，仲有好多花生，幾啱我口味😋都係有配返酸辣粉，同埋加咗$3熱飲😆見小食有加配價就叫咗一個麻辣肥腸 ($32)😆份量好驚人，小食估唔到有咁多，肥腸唔會有臭味，加上醬汁味濃，幾好味😌另外貢菜皮蛋 ($30)有8塊皮蛋，蛋黃係超級黏口嗰款，貢菜爽口，覺得都幾抵食～仲有我最鍾意嘅酸辣土豆絲 ($27)，同樣份量勁多，每條都吸滿哂辣汁，好惹味😋食完呢餐真係好滿足🤣樣樣都辣得好過癮，最驚喜都係豬腩，大推😆
