To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八寶清湯腩以前舖頭就喺紅磡,之後搬左去天后,但仍然無阻我地過去搵食,因為佢地嘅獨特湯底真係好少見!平時我地都係叫清湯蘿蔔牛腩麵,所以一於叫一碗!首先當然要講下湯底,有別於其他一般嘅清湯腩店,用牛肉去煲,佢地仲加入左藥材,所以飲落鮮甜而帶有藥材嘅香味,非常獨特,食麵時同時養生呢。材料方面,牛腩非常嫩,用筷子都夾得散,亦好重牛味。蘿蔔就鮮甜多汁。麵方面彈牙又唔會太淋,整體配搭完美。另外我地想試下牛腩撈麵,牛腩撈麵份量上比較多,而味道上其實同清湯牛腩麵分別唔大,可以跟個人喜好選擇,同埋我地仲叫左碟通菜。通菜新鮮爽脆,可見舖頭所用嘅食材好新鮮。重點推介湯底,必試!
