To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日假期經過突然想食米線🍜，因為疫情嘅關係，就叫咗最唔伏嘅譚仔外賣醫飽個肚今次叫咗土匪雞翼三隻、一碗過橋米線蕃茄濃湯未🍅、麻辣凍豬耳同埋杯凍飲品，雖然叫完之後已經10分鐘之內食，但啲雞翼一啲都唔熱好似整咗好耐咁😞，味道都幾鹹，好啱一啲鍾意重口味嘅朋友，而最核突同令人難以接受嘅係碗過橋米線入面有兩條頭髮，即使可能係唔小心跌咗落去，但係比食客嘅感覺仍然係超級差同核突😰，都好嘔心下，個人認為食物入面冇其他外來物件或昆蟲係基本，咁大個集團唔應該返呢啲小錯誤而個麻辣豬耳就正常發揮，辣味都幾足夠，口感爽爽地淨係呢個唔錯！總括嚟講冇諗過譚仔都會做到令我咁失望，因為不嬲譚仔嘅外賣都做到分湯同冷熱分明、好似唔錯，可能係呢一間分店嘅問題同埋太多食客搞到啲單亂晒，下次再幫襯都唔會試呢間分店一定揀其他
