香港第五波疫症剛過去, 趁未觸發第六波, 約咗唔少飯局。朋友推介十三少嘅酸菜魚, 店方堅持「魚、每日新鮮送到」「湯、每日新鮮熬製」為宗旨, 選用新鮮鱸魚, 保證每日新鮮熬製, 而就近樂富都有分店, 一於今晚同朋友食返餐!剛到晚市時間, 餐廳未有人影, 可以順利安排入座。但7點過後已經全場爆滿, 更需要門外等位。入座送上小吃。再點了幾款share食。 椒麻皮蛋: 金黃色皮蛋晶瑩彈滑, 個黃仲係流心! 沾上辣油+香蒜, 辣度很微, 岩返香港人口味嘅冷盤小食。十三少酸菜魚: 二人份量同樣大大碟,  湯底富有鮮魚香、酸酸辣辣, 配有芝麻、菇菌、雞髀菇、酸菜莖葉、蘿蔔、花椒、萵筍及辣椒等… 特別係酸菜莖葉索咗個湯底, 更加滋味; 酸菜魚嫩滑, 啖啖肉。咁惹味嘅湯底, 撈飯更一流!口水雞: 特別墊底嘅雞件, 表面有麻香味, 雞皮彈滑, 冇肥油層連帶紅糖糍粑: 外皮鬆脆, 內裡軟糯, 暖暖的, 點少少秘制黑糖食, 微甜好味。
