To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚去到筲箕灣嘅金記冰室食晚餐,因為突然之間想食鐵板餐又想鋸扒。經濟又好味嘅選擇就梗係揀本地嘅冰室啦。所以一坐低唔使諗就揀咗西冷牛扒鐵板餐,平時食開燒汁嘅我,今次轉食蒜蓉汁,因為口感香濃啲。今晚就配意粉,再加碟菜心,這樣Crossover 非常之有香港風味。飲品就有雪山雜果冰,但係好消息係餐廳今晚剩係得朱古力雪糕,我當然唔介意,因為我最鍾意係朱古力。西冷扒好入味,果然蒜蓉汁可以令整個鐵板餐更加香口。最後加兩個小菜,XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花同埋中式鳳梨小牛扒。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花有少少辣,餸飯一流。意外嘅係佢除咗好足料,大大隻蝦之外,仲加咗唔少嘅蘑菇作點綴。中式鳳梨小牛扒就有一啲清新嘅菠蘿,酸酸甜甜嘅調味亦無蓋過牛扒,牛扒口感豐富,味道香濃。
