假日想輕鬆下慰藉心靈,來此店對住維港食個brunch都唔錯。平時經過都心思思想試,晚市散叫價錢偏貴,所以選擇下午來食brunch。店員全是外國人其態度懇勤有禮,需以英語應對,而美食質素亦唔錯的。Brunch $248 per person意式香草包外脆但內軟,淡淡香草味,可醮黑醋橄欖油食,味道OK。Cannellini Bean Veloute餐湯味道香濃好creamy,好香松露菇菌味,但份量唔算多,有感啖啖矜貴。與香草包一起食prefect。Confit Duck with Rocket & Walnut Salad火箭菜沙律,伴有油封鴨碎和核桃,淋左上黑醋食落開胃美味。Crab Cake蟹餅直徑都有8CM,前菜來說份量唔少,切開入面絲絲蟹肉都好鮮味足料,配埋他他醬食無咁膩,旁邊沙律菜酸酸地都係開胃解膩。Seafood Squid Ink Pasta海鮮墨魚汁意粉用料新鮮,虎蝦、帶子和蟹肉皆見,以龍蝦汁烹煮,意粉掛汁,非常美味。Pan Seared Salmon Fillet香煎三文魚扒魚肉嫩滑,配埋青醬淡淡的香草味,旁邊一堆新薯碎紅蔥頭沙律,一起食無咁膩。Freshly Brewe
