To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去上環總店嘅麵尊食大尊係我食嘅首選,雖然冇銅鑼灣分店裝修咁雅緻,但係呢份街坊街里咁運作嘅親切感太強烈,不得一去再去。每次去左揀右揀,好可能最後都揀番大尊,有齊我鍾意食嘅咖哩魚蛋、紅腸、豬皮、蘿蔔、豬紅就係車仔麵必然嘅選擇啦! 唔使你諗就有咁好味嘅車仔麵,喺邊度搵。今次去食我仲貪心啲,另外叫咗個好受歡迎嘅酸齋另上,真係好好味呀! 下次又要再叫酸齋先得,我覺得好味過齋舖嗰啲添喎! hard sell都係咁話,上環必食店舖。
