To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待已久大興花園下面終於有一間連鎖嘅牛奶冰室，諗住以後落樓下就有飯食，新開張之後成日都好多人，一晚7:00入到去。發現原來餐牌選項唔係好多，而且七點入到去都已經冇乜選擇啦。連咕嚕肉都冇晒。於是點咗苦瓜牛肉同埋叉燒炒蛋。苦瓜牛肉嘅苦瓜幾多，但係牛肉嘅口感就太淋，冇咩牛肉味同埋牛肉嘅質感。叉燒炒蛋味道唔錯，不過就比較細碟。凍飲就大大杯，算係唔錯。服務人手好似唔係好夠，地下同枱面都唔算乾淨。希望之後可以請到多啲人手同埋餐牌可以多番啲選擇。
