朋友叫我去咗一間餐廳試下佢哋嘅新出菜式,喺辦公室嘅一角落,一踏入去已經覺得有啲屋企feel。老闆出嚟迎接,話今日有款特製菜式推介-番茄炒蛋但係做法有啲唔同。我心諗:番茄炒蛋都可以玩嘅咁創新?當然要試吓喇!頭碟嘢係就係特製番茄炒蛋,色彩鮮艷得滯,以為普通嘅家常小菜,一入口就覺得唔一樣。個番茄炒得啱啱好,唔會太爛,仲帶少少甜味。蛋滑得黎帶點彈性,重點係仲有個秘製醬汁淋喺上面,微辣微甜,夾埋個蛋同番茄食,好正!跟住佢哋上咗碟椒鹽雞翼,外皮炸到脆口,撒咗啲孜然粉係上面,香味嗆鼻!椒鹽味道啱哂,啖啖肉咬落去好過癮。雞翼都唔會太油,翼尖炸到金黃色,簡直係摸唔溜手,好想即刻食晒佢!最後呢,就係家傳滷豆腐。豆腐吸晒啲汁,軟綿綿嘅,入口即化,一啖嘅豆腐下去,滿口都係豆香,好滿足。每個菜式都保持得好有水準,尤其係番茄炒蛋,真係出奇喺勝,值得介紹俾啲鍾意食好嘢嘅朋友知道!下次再同朋友嚟這間餐廳,一定要叫多幾個菜式試,飽個順眼先得!🍅🍳👍
