To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日來到太興集團旗下既茶木,貴為台式料理店既表表姐,茶木近年來於香港的食物質素愈來愈高,而且款式亦唔再只局限於台式牛肉麵及肉燥飯,最近更與小丸子來個聖誕crossover,確實令人驚喜是日晚上點了兩口特色晚餐,包括鳳梨酸甜骨套餐及鹽酥雞扒肉燥飯。晚市套餐為大餐牌內小茶再加$30升級飯及飲品一杯。由於我想試試台式水果茶,需要額外再加$15升級。入座後不到10分鐘飲品已到,水果茶分量比我想像中大,相信兩個人黎食不大問題。紅茶配上橙汁而調配既特飲,不會太酸或過甜,絕對推薦除左主打既台式水果茶外,同場點了鳳梨酸甜骨爽口酸甜,肉排已去骨,更易於入口,而菠蘿是選用原個新鮮菠蘿,更免去罐裝菠蘿過甜既味道最後既肉燥飯味道仍然濃郁,雞扒即叫即炸,上枱時依然出煙
