磯野水產一間除左浜燒仲有多種可以比你自己話事嘅煮法,首先我們點左個寶盛合入面包括左一條金時魚,倆隻特大帶子,鮮鮑魚,白蜆,蟹腳同牡丹蝦$998,當樓面同事拎出黎同你講解時,仲介紹除左浜燒外,仲有其他嘅煮法去製作呢啲咁新鮮嘅海鮮金時魚我們選擇了刺身做法,雖然魚味唔濃,但口感彈牙,配上少少刺身豉油更顯魚香嘩紅紅烈火,呢個係蒸煮法用作炮製白蜆鍋入盛著清酒,當加熱到一個適當程度,同事再以火槍點著蒸氣,產生紅火。本意為呢個煮法會令蜆肉變老,但出奇地鮮嫩,食完肉後,唔好忘記留在殼上嘅汁平時都較少飲清酒,店員向我介紹呢支天祿,容易入口唔算太烈,酒香色清,都幾好飲蝦用天婦羅做法,有少許後悔相信用燒法會更好帶子肉厚,多汁,一隻清酒燒一隻牛油松露燒,前者可以食到食材原有嘅鮮味,後者亦為帶子加添左另一種野味蟹腳鮑魚大胃嘅我最後仲加左呢個免治雞肉蟹棒,調味做得好好,黑椒味出,而且雞肉中混合左少少雞軟肉增強口感,咬到中間蟹棒位置又多反啲水份,令成塊食物層次豐富,我個人相當推介甜品有南瓜蛋糕蕃薯雪糕好滿足嘅一餐
