To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間，搵個地方坐下，搵到呢到。呢到主打咖啡，要左杯latte，亦有好幾款tea set，今次要左cake試下。朱古力cake，軟身，濕濕地，朱古力唔太濃，食落唔會膩。Latte，咖啡幾滑下，少有濃味既latte，有奶香，唔會over，啡味同奶好balance。個banana bread好似幾好，下次試下。
