真材實料、足料燉湯?我地就純粹為碗湯而來。螺頭鮮雞腳($40)湯頭好清嘅一款燉湯,雞腳含有豐富骨膠原,能起美顏嘅功效,配合滋陰又清潤嘅螺頭同煲,味道更鮮甜呢!雞腳螺頭生魚蜜棗南北杏西洋菜($32)西洋菜含豐富葉酸及鐵質,有清熱解毒、潤肺及利尿嘅功效;南北杏則有止咳效用;蜜棗滋補肝腎。配上生魚,滋補美味。而且有落蜜棗嘅關係,呢碗燉湯好甜,味道亦較螺頭鮮雞腳更濃郁。兩碗燉湯各有特色,個人比較喜好濃味少少嘅生魚蜜棗西洋菜湯呢!
