周五晚與同事 happy hour 之後有些肚餓,同事帶我去袐竇,樓下是舊樓,去到哪裡別有洞天,佈置特色,咁係唔係越南風味!我向來都幾鍾意食越南菜,生熟牛河呀粉卷之類,飲完酒個胃很涼,特別想食熱湯。火車頭有安格斯牛肉、牛丸、牛栢葉等不同部位,材料相當豐富,湯底都甜,可以自己加芽菜、紅辣椒、青檸有正宗風味。即刻食飲咗酒,暖暖胃先。鴨肝法包都要點,見到成塊鴨肝,抵哂,因為配番茄生菜所以食起來唔會膩,麵包由越南運到,與在香港食到的唔同。軟殼蟹芒果卷口感爽脆,幾清新。
