疫情之下少咗出街食飯,變咗買外賣番屋企嘆。今日去元朗食大大粒爆餡餃子,外賣仲有9折,而且餃子採用新鮮豬肉,可以見到師傅製作餃子嘅過程。大白菜鮮肉餃刀削麵有5大隻餃子,隻隻都皮薄,一咬開就見到勁多餡。大白菜甜, 豬肉餡比大白菜更多,配湯食好滋味。刀削麵軟硬適中,一碗都有唔少麵。餐廳好貼心將湯及麵分開上,唔怕啲麵會變軟。而且湯底有陣豬骨味,唔油膩,仲有3件豆卜添,吸哂啲湯嘅精華。煎鹹蛋黃芥菜鮮肉餃外表煎到焦焦地咁,略脆。芥菜味非常重,而鹹蛋黃味就後勁帶出,估唔到芥菜都可以做餡料,同鹹蛋又幾夾。仲會配埋一碗家常老火湯粉葛赤小豆煲豬骨,湯色一睇就知用好多粉葛煲,冇味精夠健康。炸蝦春卷好靚靚整齊排好,外賣番到屋企依舊脆,蝦肉結實。加埋特製沙律醬,個沙律醬混有紅蘿蔔碎等蔬菜,口感提升咗。配埋罐裝可樂就最岩,大熱天時要飲番啲涼爽飲品,食完煎炸野好似冇咁熱氣。
