To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚屋企無飯食, 就去左大快活食個晚餐。點左個牛扒配法蘭克福腸, 快餐店的牛扒較為平宜, 但是味道,質感較差。 牛扒份量需然比我的手掌還要大, 但是較為薄, 肉汁也可很快地完全流失。口感鬆散, 專心也感覺不到肉汁的美味,於口中用心的吸, 只是配汁的味道成個餐比較釨味既係條腸同粟米,腸皮都脆同埋彈牙。 粟米粒粒鮮甜。算挽回啲分數。
