呢間係出名即包手工餃,一入門口就見到好几個黑色衫員工埋頭苦幹忙碌着包餃子,店內也坐箸不少客人。我地叫左四樣野;1. 流沙咸蛋蝦肉餃 $28/3只呢個味道創新,餃子煎至金黃色,有每隻都脹卜卜,餃面配上流沙咸蛋汁,賣相十分吸引。好惹味,內餡仲有好几隻原隻蝦😋2. 濃家豬手菠菜麵$38豬手蚊得夠林入味,分量頗多(6 舊)配左個菠菜麵,麵質爽口彈牙,唔錯。3. 招牌四拼餃(白菜,韭菜,香芹,芫茜)配老火湯 $42 (8只)一次過試哂四個口味,大滿足。再配個新鮮熬製粉葛豬骨湯鮮甜夠火候。一口餃,一口湯,又可以當湯餃食, 幾重滋味。餃子皮薄,入面晶瑩剔透,肉質結實明顯新鮮手工餃,4種餃子都各有好,隻隻都肉汁多,唔洗點任何醬汁調味都得😚4. 土匪雞翼 $24/3只炸得好鬆脆,隻雞翼好大隻。還一提有生餃外賣,下次會買反屋企打邊爐👍🏻
