To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蛋糕當晚餐,聽起來有點癲,與我而言卻正常得不正常,他日如若不幸患上糖尿病『英』年早逝,定當拿去撰文用作反面教材。這晚就連累了朋友,陪我一起顛儿去了…Dolce 88的蛋糕造型不算格外精緻,個頭也不小,但口味上卻十分吸引人,令人很容易罹患選擇困難症…這水晶燈令我想起Riquiqui Dessert Bar,可惜已經結業了…始終定位是太高端了…還可以下國際象棋…可惜我們都不懂…左挑右選,很謹慎的挑了4款,雖說是有點不夠喉,不過大晚上的狂吃蛋糕,不狂長肥膘還等什麼呢…先從我最喜歡的栗子蛋糕說起,栗子泥味道濃厚純淨,沒有過多糖分或忌廉的修飾,下層則是海綿蛋糕與栗子忌廉交錯,清爽而不偏離栗子的主題這款朱古力撻也不簡單,濃郁的朱古力混合甜香的榛子脆脆,二者絕對是很經典的搭配,活似濃郁醇厚版的金莎朱古力,而我更欣賞撻面的ganache,柔滑而濃厚,每一口都瀰漫著朱古力的芬芳,甜苦交融,連我這個懼怕黑朱古力的人都給醉倒了再說最有創意的煙熏雲尼拿慕斯蛋糕,配黑醋啫哩倒是不錯的主意,黑醋酸裡透甜,被用作甜點原料其實完全行得通;但煙熏過的雲尼拿則實在有些詭異,煙熏味蓋過了雲尼拿本有的芬芳,這一份創意,恕我未
