太子花園街尾有間主打台南風味的蝦煲,既然是全港首創當然搶不少風頭,晚市更是人頭湧湧,離開時更見人龍。店方用了一個大缸去養大頭蝦,即叫即整,現場所見隻隻都新鮮生猛。大頭蝦的確是市面少有,坊間多用海蝦/花竹蝦替代。店主將台南的傳統蝦煲帶到香港,更自創多個口味,如招牌奶油蝦和檸檬辣蝦,更有香港限定口味。喜歡微辣又重口味的可以一試店主創的港式避風塘蝦煲 $208一鍋有8隻游水新鮮蝦,被大量蒜頭、蒜片遮蓋住,一上枱那陣爆蒜風味、類似泰式風味更是垂涎欲滴。下次有機會想試奶油蝦,皆因甫進店內便聞到奶油伴洋蔥那陣香味!豬肋條 $128 撒上黑椒加切條,入口煙軔香口,鹽燒可以鎖住肉汁,食起來滿有彈性。大腸麵線 $48伴有溏心蛋和漬蘿蔔,微辣的湯麵線讓人十分懷念台灣夜市的小食,但大腸的份量不算多。小食點了香煎墨魚餅 $88墨魚餅香口惹味、又有咬口,蘸上店方供應的祕製甜酸醬更有風味。鍋物 樹子冰菜 $98 碟台灣的特產菜,外形特別,有水珠滴滴,咬起來爽口又脆,十分新鮮。南瓜雪糕 $68店方採用的南瓜由日本空運到港,雪糕入口奶滑香濃,份量足夠讓兩個人飯後分享。另有其他口味雪糕或雪葩,如柚子、椰子、菠蘿和蕃薯。
