秋天起,最想食啲暖粒粒嘅野,所以黎咗試日式嘅煲仔飯~試之前先叫咗啲小食。三文魚牛油果米子卷($48),薄薄嘅米子包住厚切三文魚、甘香嘅牛油果、仲有青瓜同沙律菜,非常清新開胃。蟹味噌甲羅燒伴法包($68),以蟹蓋黎裝住蟹膏、魚子、鵪鶉蛋,幾有特色,蟹膏味非常香,配上法包後一硬一軟,口感十足。日本南瓜天婦羅($58),卜卜脆嘅外層,軟綿綿嘅瓜肉,最特別嘅係配上粉色嘅岩鹽,調味一流。終於到咗主角香魚釜飯($128)喇,係餐廳出面可以見到廚師煮釜飯嘅過程。2人份量,除咗有一條香魚之外,仲有栗子、豆、雞蛋絲、冬菇絲。上枱後會有個漏斗計時,等一分鐘先開蓋,等佢嘅飯香更加均勻。未食已經聞到陣陣飯香,香魚肉質鮮美,而且粒粒米飯都沾滿上魚香味。食到最下面侍應建議加入紫茶片同茶,好似茶漬飯咁食~最後叫咗一杯芒果梳打($28),清爽怡人。
