某日喺office同同事吹水講起陳意齋,話蝦籽紮蹄好好食,咁岩今日過開黎就買黎上朋友屋企試下啦買左2條紮蹄,一切開已經發現有勁多蝦籽喺入面,吉一舊放入口先傳來少少豆味,腐皮口感滑溜,唔會好似之前喺其他齋鋪買嘅紮蹄咁實咁硬同乾身,之後傳黎蝦籽嘅香味,每食完一舊都會覺得口腔入面仲留存大大陣蝦籽味。除左蝦籽紮蹄之外,我仲買左包蝦子花生,諗住拎黎睇波一流,fit晒今晚睇歐聯決賽。未開波就梗係先偷食,粒粒脆口又有蝦子味,正~! 不過感覺比較熱氣,有朋友食左幾粒之後已經話feel到好熱氣,不過我都係冇停口,熱氣咪之後飲涼茶囉。PS: 敬請大家食蝦籽紮蹄嘅時候千萬要小心,好似我咁切開一舊舊之後拎黎食的話,D蝦籽好易跌到周圍都係,點解我會知? 你明啦。

買左2條紮蹄,一切開已經發現有勁多蝦籽喺入面,吉一舊放入口先傳來少少豆味,腐皮口感滑溜,唔會好似之前喺其他齋鋪買嘅紮蹄咁實咁硬同乾身,之後傳黎蝦籽嘅香味,每食完一舊都會覺得口腔入面仲留存大大陣蝦籽味。
除左蝦籽紮蹄之外,我仲買左包蝦子花生,諗住拎黎睇波一流,fit晒今晚睇歐聯決賽。未開波就梗係先偷食,粒粒脆口又有蝦子味,正~! 不過感覺比較熱氣,有朋友食左幾粒之後已經話feel到好熱氣,不過我都係冇停口,熱氣咪之後飲涼茶囉。
