我一直都以為乞兒雞同窯雞係相同嘅嘢,但發現原來係唔同,一個用錫終一個用荷葉包住⋯⋯不過都係好食最重要!親自上門拎外賣,歴經一個半鐘嘅車程到屋企,一路上聞住誘人嘅香氣,終於開餐。正當想用餐具分開,原來佢係焗得足夠軟嫩,所以果斷變咗「手撕雞」,只係估唔到影咗一陣相,隻雞都重係幾㷫手。到咗真正品賞嘅時間,佢的確好嫩,而且好入味,調味適中,空口食定係送飯都好夾,屋企人都讚不絕口,不枉去一趟!當然嫌麻煩嘅話,我見都有外賣可以送嘅~
