一直以嚟我都對印度嘢食情有獨鍾,幾乎每兩個禮拜就食一次🙈呢日就的起心肝、鼓起勇氣入重慶大廈試試最地道嘅印度美食,新德里算係幾出名嗰間,應該都啱香港人口味😝前菜會送每人一塊薄餅加薄荷醬,醬汁比較平時深色啲、多咗重香料味,薄餅就好似超薄嘅粟米片再鹹少少,單食會齋咗啲,加埋新清嘅薄荷醬就啱啱好👍🏻我哋叫咗好多人推薦嘅瑪沙拉燴雞($78)同芝士烤餅($28),雞肉貫徹印度大大件嘅傳統,而且出乎意料地嫩滑,應該係用咗雞髀肉煮😋雖然餐牌寫係小辣,但都幾勁吓,會有餘韻留喺個口度繼續刺激你條脷,不過絕對唔係好難受嗰種,加埋多重嘅香料係超惹味🥳芝士烤餅表面燒到焦香、非常吸引,而且見到中間真係夾咗好多芝士🤩雖然未做到拉絲效果,但咬落去真係會成口芝士,再加埋Naan本係好煙韌,就好似食緊鬆軟版嘅芝士麻糬波波😚作為Naan嘅愛好者,可以話係非常滿足,加埋瑪沙拉燴雞,簡直就係韓式嘅芝士辣雞😆呢個配搭我都好推薦大家試試~費事叫太少又驚太多食唔曬,我哋再嗌咗個薄荷烤麥餅 Mint Paratha ($25),不過個老闆似乎覺得我哋嗌太少又唔叫嘢飲,所以全程黑面🥲Anyway講返食物,呢個烤餅嘅賣相好似台式手抓餅,但
