假日下午嚟到,得兩枱客,但已經聞到好酸酸臭臭嘅螺絲粉味。前兩個星期去完桂林,日日都食桂林米粉,返到嚟香港又癮起,諗住嚟食啦。但嚟到反而俾佢第二道菜吸引住。1. 順德花蛤粉佢成煲連酒精燈滾住咁上,係冬天咁食暖笠笠好正。花蛤湯非常鮮甜,花蛤仲隻隻都好大隻好飽滿。本身落咗啲剁椒,少少嘅辣味已經將碗湯提鮮。粉絲吸哂花蛤湯同啲辣味,好好食。食到一半唔太夠辣,侍應介紹我落佢地自製嘅辣椒醬,落少少已經好香好辣。👍🏿👍🏿下次一定再嚟試佢嘅桂林米粉同螺絲粉!
