打完風又係星期一,竟然收工去吃燒肉,真係好有興致。平昌係典型ge韓燒餐廳,出粒門已經聞到香噴噴的燒肉味,令人食慾大增。都未開始落單已經上咗好多前菜,唔係講笑,d泡菜認真好味,係好正宗的韓國風味。然後熱咗爐就有人來倒d蛋漿係爐邊,等佢慢慢炕熟。如此以來,d皮又脆,裡面的蛋又嫩口,外焦裡嫩,非常有口感。切入正題,d燒肉質素幾好,種類多,夠新鮮,唔會用好多醬汁來醃,夾埋d生菜吃,可以品嚐到佢ge原汁原味。最愛的燒薯仔片一定要介紹,要俾d耐性慢慢燒,等佢完全燒熟,外面脆卜卜,咬落有薯仔的香味,真係認真推介啦總之,雖然係一個打風後冇得放假的星期一,不過哩餐韓燒都算係俾翻d生活樂趣俾我地。三五知己聚會就最啱啦!
