To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五月十六日 (星期一)今天是老公仔生日大家都請了假…好好放鬆一番因是平日,街都沒那麼繁忙,很自在一早已訂了此作為生日午餐這裡的自助任點午市套餐只在平日提供今次的確是個好時機每位$198,點心紙的款式多而且有些更頗特別,例如賽螃蟹餃和鵝肝茘芋角等等,應有盡有盡了我們的所能,幾乎所有的點心都吃一回除了腸粉的皮較厚外,其他各款的都是水準以上之作以下是尤其值得推介的:迷你蛋撻面上鋪了燕窩雖是任食,但絕無偷工減料燕窩鋪得滿滿的,味道清甜蛋撻餡甜而香滑很有特色的點心平時常吃的賽螃蟹加入了餃肉很香滑很細心,酒店提供一支幼管,將醋注入餃內香甜的蛋白,配上瑤柱,很匹配的味道組合帶一點辣,很惹味辣味過後是香鬆的豬肉,兩種層次的享受法國鵝肝茘芋角和沙律明蝦角也是必試組合鵝肝和茘芋質感和味道分明煎得恰到好處而明蝦角的蝦肉很爽,配上沙律感覺怡人另外還試了兩款特式餃子雖然味道不算太特出但外表美輪美奐,充分感受到廚師的心思和盛意煎XO醬蘿蔔糕其實也具水準但其鋒芒已被其他的點心遮蓋了最後吃甜品,都是與芒果有關的其中以香芒布甸較可取味道香甜,質感幼滑服務非常周到,茶未喝過半定必有人幫你酌滿今天是老公仔生日,特地給他一個
