觀塘工廈有很多低調廚師不費功夫休想找到他們今天來到一家主打港式串燒的餐廳有海鮮有肉類有蔬菜我發現有我兒時回憶陳皮魚蛋烤過的陳皮魚蛋有另一番風味煙肉芝士大蘑菇充滿肉汁很美味但有點貴不捨得追加燒原隻墨魚是今晚的重頭戲墨魚超厚肉極富口感味道鮮甜不用沾汁也津津有味燒冬菇是我必點之一鹽燒雞中翼簡簡單單但也是最美味的一道香港人就是那麼獨愛雞翼厚切牛脷有三大件肉厚肥美軟腍多汁燒白鱔串燒得很香口肉質煙韌外皮烤得酥脆雖然價錢貴但忍不住也要點最後點了一份豬頸肉豬頸肉切絲不是原塊上雖烤得惹味但少了份口感
