To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信香港人應該有超過9成人都食過譚仔,未食過既真係唔好話自己香港人,哈哈!!!我想講既係每次去譚仔我都會叫豬肉竹生再加炸醬,譚仔D豬肉真係大大舊,又唔會好忍,咬落去真係岩岩好,再者竹生不嬲都係食米線必點,佢係可以索哂米線湯底個味,食落去係超入味,炸醬就唔駛多講啦,出面你叫炸醬佢只係會畢少少係米線個面比你,但譚仔係會比另外一個碗你,個份量一定係多過出面既唔少啦,我最想講既係食完譚仔唔會太口乾,過左陣個口就已經冇譚仔味
