To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.  我今天要來介紹一個中環很棒的素食餐廳,讓大家猜猜每天中午吃一餐要多少錢。 這家素食餐廳今年初開幕,我這次回香港之後,發現這家餐廳轉為「全日自助餐」的模式營運。首先幾張照片給大家看一下裡面的環境跟食物。還附設有洗手的地方,非常棒。   第一區: 生菜區    第二區: 熱食區  第三區: 炸物、甜點區       我每天其實差不多吃三盤就很撐了。我第一盤一定吃滿滿一盤的羽衣甘藍跟生菜,配上黎麥和小番茄,以及紅紅的甜菜根。我每天中午來吃,就是來吃這一盤。我吃素十幾年,這幾個禮拜每天都吃生菜,真的有清腸胃的感覺,很舒服,所以每天都來。  第二盤吃熱食,這家餐廳做的熱食都很好吃,用料很好,還放銀杏和黑松露呢!每天中午的熱菜都會變換。  第三盤,會吃炸物,蘿蔔糕或生煎包,大部份的時候,吃到第二盤就八分飽了,吃第三盤常常會忘了還有甜點。  飲料部份,有薄荷玫瑰茶或是羅漢果茶,或薄荷檸檬水。  還有熱湯和熱甜點。每天的熱甜點都會變化,有紫米紅豆湯、陳皮紅豆湯、桂花甜湯、綠豆湯等等,都是很濃很濃、用料十足的甜點,不是稀稀爛爛的那種,很有誠意。   下面是我不同天吃的菜,差不多都是三盤就很飽了。

猜猜多少錢?每天中午(包括六日),都只要HKD80!每天的下午餐也只要HKD60,六日也是。所以我周六就特別去吃下午餐,HKD60。真的好有誠意的素食餐廳。非常推薦。

外帶比較便宜,店家會給一個紙便當盒任裝,裝到滿算一個價。中午一個便當是HKD60。
