To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友喺美國返嚟，帶佢周圍食好嘢，嚟到九龍城，下午茶梗係搵德昌魚蛋粉，坐低食碗魚蛋粉，魚蛋魚片保持高水準，朋友越食越開胃。喜歡的話可以買返屋企，放湯食麵，炒菜，打邊爐也可，怎樣吃也好吃。阿女叫咗碗四寶河，年青人太肚餓，未影相就吃了一半，同老公叫咗個營養餐，魚柳配腸仔，炒蛋多士，蛋夠滑，多士夠脆夠牛油，魚柳新鮮炸起，配沙律醬最啱。茶餐包飲品，熱奶茶，係堅得嘅。臨走記得買返樽辣椒油給屯門的姑婆，她最喜歡這店的辣椒油，正！
