To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現在肺炎肆虐，很多人都選擇留家吃飯的今天，這裏竟然有很多人排隊，當然想試一下！我們點了：「四寶河粉」 ： 有魚蛋、墨魚丸、魚皮餃。魚蛋是彈牙，也吃得出魚味，只是太鹹........其他配料普通。「牛腩魚片麵」 ： 魚片跟魚蛋一樣，太鹹了，好像是要遮蓋魚腥味的樣子⋯⋯🧐 牛腩、牛筋煮得很腍軟。牛腩基本上沒有肥的部份。湯底也清，沒有雜質，去雜味的步驟做得很仔細；很重柱候味，只是對我來說也是太鹹.....辣椒醬很辣，不錯。

辣椒醬很辣，不錯。
