老實講, 香港可以食泰菜既地方太多, 不過冇幾多間會有泰國咸肉食, 點解呢? 因為泰國咸用不單要用鹽奄到乾身之外重要炸到脆, 同廣東人食既燒肉, 除左一個係燒一個係炸之外, 咸肉係要連肉面都炸到脆為止由於太多功夫又唔係咁多人識食, 所以多數泰國菜館都唔會賣; 咁咸肉點先叫做得好呢? 放左湯都脆咁就為之合格可惜呢度唔可以開爐炒野, 我既最愛 - 咸肉蝦醬泰式炒飯 - 就冇得我食啦, 不過代以泰粉一樣食得好開心不過燒烤就唔好預我啦, 之前我另一次來食, 坐到六點佢燒烤檔開, 我問有咩好野, 個老細竟然叫我自己出去睇... 兄台, 我咁好心情出去睇就唔黎問你啦...
