今年土用の丑の日係23/7及3/8,雖然已經剛剛過了,但都不減我一試呢一間鰻魚店的慶致。由於見佢係居酒屋形式,選擇了晚餐時段。店舖在歌賦街(拉麵街),已經來過很多次,上環站E2出口行5-6分鐘就到。店面細細,侍應非常熱情,預約了座位,當我未開口已經問我姓名問是否訂座。點了鳗魚飯套餐有-麵豉鰻魚凍-鰻魚茶碗蒸-鰻魚清湯-蒲燒鰻重(關西風)加碼點了-鰻魚肝串-豚蘆筍卷🐷-雞肉紫蘇卷🐔-和牛串🐮-白燒鰻魚-木魚柚子燒淡路島洋蔥🧅- 鰻魚厚燒玉子🥚蒲燒鰻魚的調味比坊間輕,反覆浸汁只有兩次,保留鳗魚味道,而且鰻魚直接燒熟(關西做法),沒有蒸煮過,肉質有點彈性。串燒試咗鰻魚肝串,有點苦,在真正的鰻魚店才有。另外再點一客白燒鰻魚,比起蒲燒,白燒的魚味更出眾。燒洋蔥加埋調味都十分好食。和牛就用說,入口即化。今次沒有點sake,暫時唔可以接觸酒精,但成個用餐體驗都似返到日本一樣,消費得起又唔可以去日本嘅朋友可以過嚟試一

蒲燒鰻魚的調味比坊間輕,反覆浸汁只有兩次,保留鳗魚味道,而且鰻魚直接燒熟(關西做法),沒有蒸煮過,肉質有點彈性。
